I wish I could give them 100 stars. Simply put, the West End Garage and the kindness and caring nature of their staff are the reason we were able to make it to our friends' wedding on Skye.We were put in a rental car with severe damage. When we pulled in unannounced near closing time, they jumped to work, identified the issue, gave us invaluable advice in working with Enterprise and The AA, and then ultimately drove us (and the busted rental) back to Inverness to receive a new car that night, giving us ample time to get to the wedding.The two gentleman we spoke with directly (whose names I've forgotten, I'll blame the stress of the day) were infallibly kind to us. They went above and beyond to save our holiday and get us to our friends' wedding safely and on time. We'll forever remember them simply as our Scottish (and Polish) heroes. If I lived in Scotland, no one other than West End would touch my vehicles for the rest of my days.Cheers, Gentlemen. We wish you nothing but the best.

Cant thank West End Garage enough for helping us out when we blew a tire on our holiday. The hire company said the wait would be up to 7 hours just to get someone to us, not even including the repair. West End Garage towed us and repaired in an hour from when we called. Reasonable price on the tire, super friendly staff, cant say enough great things about them!

Absolutely first class recovery and puncture repair on a Saturday night. They were with us within an hour and a half and taken straight to the garage where they promptly repaired my tire and had us back on the road. Given it was a low slung sports car they sent out a suitable truck and had it on and off with no hassles at all.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, 5 stars.

Our motorhome broke down during our holiday: We had to import a spare part from the Netherlands and we ended up camping for 6 nights at the West End garage. Robert, Jo, Shirley and all employees made us feel very welcome and were of great support when we had to say goodbye to our dog. During our stay we saw many satisfied customers. We definitely recommend this garage.

We had two drivers assist us with a flat tire on our rental car. Paul came the next morning and travels us 25 miles to get the tire replaced. He was very kind and safely got us on our way. Thank you

Took my Range Rover for a service for the first time since moving to the area.The guys found lots of worn parts that should have been identified by previous garage used.They got all the parts needed quickly and set to work making the car safe and a pleasure to drive again.Totally recommend the whole team if you want good service and a car that you know has been fixed properly.

We had a flat tire on our rental car and the rental company was not able to send help even after half a day. Luckily we called west end garage for help in the evening and we got the best possible service from them! Everyone was really nice and tried their best to solve our situation. Highly recommended, seldom got such a great service!

Robbert was an amazing help in a time of need. With an unusual request regarding my tire, he called around for us and assisted us in ways that we certainly couldnt have done ourselves, for an amazing price!Thank you and your colleagues for everything yesterday!
