Richard and Luke completely refitted our bathroom at the end of February. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Always prompt and every other tradesman he sent was just as professional, we were told by one that Richard is a perfectionist and I can confirm he is everything is finished perfectly and was completed when he said it would be.

Richard and his team are very professional in all aspects of their work. Punctual, very tidy, workmanship very skilled. Ive used Richard before and as usual he has compleated a super job. Would recommend to any one Fletcher. DY5.

Rich was the plumber and general project manager for our total bathroom remodel. Everything went as scheduled and the work was completed in just 8 days as promised. Rich was excellent as was his junior apprentice Luke. I've never had such clean workmen throughout. The whole project run smoothly from start to finish and I cant recommend Lillis Plumbing highly enough! Richard and Luke have provided us with a bathroom of high craftsmanship with an experience that was stress free and a pleasure to watch the removal of the old bathroom and our new bathroom blossom.This is a bathroom 3m x 2.3m and this was a job which could have gone badly wrong as everything was tight on size, an airing cupboard wall being removed and the toilet waste having to be connected into an existing joint, accessed on a fragile carport roof , but it ran so smoothly it was a dream to experience.Richard and Luke were punctual polite and hard working. The job flowed with Richard arranging plasterers, electricians (LED down lights/ extraction and LED mirror wiring ) and the tiler Ian.They attended when they were programmed in and were all a pleasure to have work done by them.Special thanks to Ian the tiler for his professionalism in framing/ spacing the tiles to showcase a geometrical aspect with the mosaic feature and window reveal that is so aesthetically relaxing and warming, the bathroom makes us smile every time we use it..Richard fitted our double halo shower , shallow shower tray, frameless shower glass and our stunning chrome designer radiator with ease.Our units and toilet , oval Led mirror configuration were discussed with us prior to final fixing with our best user requirements in mind.As highlighted above I would definitely recommend Richard and Luke for any bathroom work that is required.Richard works closely with Bathroom Magic" suppliers who advised us on design and provided us with high end components that were faultless

Richard & Luke removed our old bathroom suite, along with the old plaster on all of the walls and ceiling and re-fitted us a new one. These guys arrive early and work a full day, every day! Always polite, friendly, professional & tidy. It was a pleasure to have them inside our home. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Our old bathroom was totally gutted and enlarged. We now have a bathroom which is beautiful, spacious and modern. The standard of workmanship is absolutely first class. A big thank you to all of the tradesmen involved for the professional manner in which they worked. Ian the plasterer, Andy the electrician, Ian the tiler were all excellent - always on time, pleasant and hard working. Luke, who did the plumbing and installation work is amazing. He worked non stop and is a true perfectionist. He undertook all of the plumbing work as Richard was recovering from his knee surgery. Having used Bathroom Magic to replace our main bathroom toilet and basin unit last year we knew their prices are extremely competitive but this year instead of using our local plumber who doesn’t specialise in shower cubicles we asked Bathroom Magic to recommend some of their fitters to replace our bath with a walk in shower. We chose Richard Lillis as he seemed the most knowledgable and experienced. We had to wait till he was available and we’re certainly glad we did as during the installation he found the shower tray as delivered from the manufacturer was slightly bent but whereas someone else might have fitted it and said nothing he put the work on hold and ordered a replacement. Yes we had to wait until the replacement tray arrived but we now have the most beautiful walk in shower and are confident the work is high quality. Extremely well done Richard and Stuart of Bathroom Magic. We have no hesitation in recommending both Lillis Heating & Plumbing and Bathroom Magic to our family and friends.
