Spinal Stenosis is not a great diagnosis to get in your early 60's!After a year of Dr & Physio visits, numerous meds, having been given a stick & TENS machine & left to wait for a Neurosurgery appointment - I thought this was just what I had to put up with. The pain was constant & unreal.That was until a few months ago! In desperation I started to explore other therapy options and started a course of bi weekly treatments with the most amazing Sam.She took time to understand where I was at and listened to my body as she massaged my numerous aches & pains. She then added reflexology into the mix. The difference has been truly amazing.Sam's alternative approach to pain management is uplifting. She has created a most tranquil and calming treatment space. A course with her is envigorating and enlightening. I cannot reccomend Sam highly enough.

Sam was amazing. Felt like I had known her for years. Massage was fantastic. I slept for 3 hours when I got home. Highly recommend anyone to Sam for her client centred care.

Samantha is one of the very best massage therapists I've had the pleasure of seeing. She and a colleague came on site for a day to a house my group had rented near Aberfeldy, and together they managed to make 10 ladies very happy and relaxed indeed! We were so impressed with Sam's adaptability and skill; several of us were healing from recent injuries and many of us came with different preferences for our sessions. Not only was Sam a wonderful therapist, but she was an absolute pleasure to coordinate with as well. Thank you both for the simply lovely day!

I had the two hour deluxe treatment today and Sam is just wonderful. Firstly having a chat to see how I was and any areas that needed special attention and then a full back, shoulder, neck, head, face and legs massage followed by a superb reflexology session. I would recommend Sam to everyone as each treatment is individually tailored to the person. Wonderful!
