Very rude staff. Called up ahead specifically to ask if they had helium balloons and was told ‘yes’ and therefore said I would come down later that day at no point was I told there was a cut off for balloons.I got to the shop at 5.10, picked a card and balloon, joined the queue of 4 people, got to the till to be served at 5.19 and told they are unable to inflate my balloon as it’s past the cut off. The worker that told me this was inflating a balloon at the time.The lady serving was rude, offered no resolution and simply had a ‘we can’t help’ attitude. Won’t be using Card Factory ever again.

Good selection of cards

Rude supervisor. Very unhelpful. Ordered kids balloons for party and they inflated up ones with 7 year old printed on it despite being told it’s for a 6 year olds party. They then charged me for new balloons and said it will take as long as it takes to rectify. I asked her to expedite as party starting in 30 min and she repeated it will take as long as it takes. Will go to balloon man across the road next time.
