I really enjoy the lessons, they are always fun and push me to limits I did not know I was even capable of.So yeah, the 5 stars is definitely deserved and I hope they keep up the good work :)

Both of my boys have been attending karate here for 2 and a half years and love coming along. It has a real family friendly vibe and everyone is made welcome. I have also attended some fitness sessions with them previously and made some great progress.It is also a very inclusive club. One of my children is autistic and can sometimes find things tricky or overwhelming and they always take the time to help him through it and build his confidence.

Great place to train. All the senseis and other students are friendly and approachable. As an adult I was nervous about doing karate as I had not done a martial art for quite some time but I have been really enjoying being back in a martial art.

After training for and achieving my black belt at High School (20+ years ago) I’ve found my way back in to martial arts at the Mindsparx Black Belt Academy. My now wife and I were feeling a little flat especially after lockdown and this has been the perfect kickstart to a healthier life. We got married in July this year and would never have felt or looked as good as we did without Colin and Tracy Cass having such a big impact on our lives. I now continue to pass on my knowledge, experience and motivation to the next generation of students. There is something for everybody here whether it be Sparring/Fighting, weapons or Kata and technique. Colin and Tracey care that you get the most from the classes and push you to your limits where you find that you will become a better version of yourself. Thank you

My son has been coming to Mindsparx Academy for almost 3 years. He started as a Dragon and has worked his way up to a green belt Ninja. He loves coming every week.
