Church's Outlet Bicester

Visited the Church’s outlet 2 months ago and would never forget the immaculate and sincere service by the service personnel, I believe her name was sabrina(?). She was so thoughtful, gave us a comprehensive history of the brand and assisted us in finding the best shoe that fit us! Truly great service

Excellent service, the assistant was attentive but not over the top and he even cleaned my old pair of church’s that I was wearing while I tried on new ones! Definitely better service than I get in the London store.

I thought visiting Church’s would be the highlight of my visit to Bicester Village, but I regret to say I could only leave the shop with disappointment because of horrendous customer service. As a loyal customer for nearly ten years, who has so much respect for the craftsmanship and quality offered by Church’s, I’m sorry to say that this shopping experience is one of the worst I’ve ever been through. It is simply out of my imagination that this is the customer service delivered by a luxury and prestigious brand.I visited the shop with a friend and wanted to purchase two pairs of shoes, and like any average customer, I asked the shop assistants for my shoe size. Bear in mind that the shop was empty at the time of visit (13 February 2022), so there was no excuse for the shop assistants to be inattentive to the only two customers in the store. After a 10-minute wait, I went to the counter to speak to the shop assistant to find that she was using her phone. I asked about the shoe size once again, but she abruptly replied that the shoe size I was looking for was not available.Later, my friend handed the shop assistant a pair of boots and asked if she could try them on, but in another colour. The shop assistant took them from her, then came back with the same pair of boots and asked my friend to try and see if the size works for her – when my friend had already tried them on in front of the shop assistant.There were countless examples of neglect, impoliteness, and bad attitude from the shop assistants during our 30-minute stay in the store. During our visit, I kept recalling my past experiences with Church’s – shop assistants from Church’s have always been exceptionally professional and attentive, but it is nothing like that at Bicester’s. The insulting customer service could not make up for the price difference. Go elsewhere if you want to purchase from Church’s.

I had such a great experience with the staff… especially Paul who was incredibly professional and the company are lucky to have someone like him on their team!

5 star boots. 1 star customer service. The sales assistant was so rude, he told me I was wrong twice, when I clearly wasn’t, to anyone with eyes.He totally dismissed the defect in the boot I pointed out, and then tried telling me the boots retail at £1200 in London, when it evidently said MSRP £850 on the bottom of the boot, which I pointed out to him. He then backtracked and said it’s another product that is £1200, which even so, would be irrelevant to what I was buying, and a strange thing to tell a customer. His attitude overall was demeaning and off putting.Bicester Church’s is the first store I’ve ever walked out of due to a disagreement with a sales assistant.If you want pleasant customer service, the guy who works in Cheaney Cambridge is an absolute gentleman. And next time I buy new boots, I’ll be back there, to be treated with respect.

Bought two pair of shoes today, came home to find both had been swapped for different, cheaper pairs (not “custom made”) but I was still charged for the more expensive pairs. One of the pairs I’ve been given doesn’t even seem to officially exist… it’s apparently called “Hawthorn” , I’ve been charged £900 price for it…

The best staff and the best service! Katarina is an amazing and professional salesperson!!! She let me pay by email and even ship the boots to me! The whole team is efficient and incredible. Well done.

Have been to Churches in Bicester Village a few times in the past couple of months, twice for myself and once for my girlfriend and every time we have been well looked after by Ramsey. A very nice chap who offers a great experience and who knows what he’s talking about when it comes to quality shoes. The only problem is I can’t leave a 6 star review!!

Been at Church's today had a great experience in the shop thanks to Ramzi, he helped us with great customer service and patience. Thanks Ramzi! Would definitely recommend this location.
