Something has seriously changed with this pharmacy in the last 2 or so weeks, prescriptions not ready , medications out of stock, staff unable to use a till customers queuing outside for long periods due to the lack of organisation inside customers moaning about the service which was unheard of before, previous pharmacist qualification pictures gone so guessing we have lost the best pharmacist in town and it's very noticeable a couple of weeks in

Always prompt service. Quick to deal with any issues. Uses electronic prescriptions so Doctors surgery can send prescription direct for you to pick up and they have the medication together waiting for you. Sales assistants are always polite and friendly. The chemist is also available for consultations in a private room. Lovely local chemist, and I have been loyal customer for 15 years because of the good service and friendly staff.

Wonderful team, so helpful. From the pharmacists and the assistants. Go out of their way to support us all with our complex needs - not just in the provision of medication but also with a listening ear. Nothing is too much trouble. They must save other services heaps of time - thereby of course increasing their own workload. Keep up the good work please!

Regents Park Pharmacy previously Caseys is the best Pharmacy I have ever used. Their shop is a small one but their customer service is second to none. I have gone into the Pharmacy for advice regarding my 93 yr old Mum and all the staff are so helpful whether in person, on the phone or delivering our medications. If you want a reliable, friendly, helpful Pharmacy and the best staff look no further. I can not recommend the staff enough a big THANK YOU

I agree with a previous review, since pharmacy lost previous pharmacist the staff are struggling with new staff trying to help out. However I tried ringing due to long queues to get prescription delivered but line busy all day. Also out off stock had to suffer one night with RLS. Very upsetting. Will try again tomorrow.Karen Bond

The best Pharmacy I have ever used by far, I have never had one error and the staff are lovely. The fastest prescription I ever had issued was literally 30 seconds. And it was 100% correct and double checked by the Pharmacist. Boots and Lloyds hang your heads in shame.

Brilliant Chemist's, staff very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Before using this one, regularly tried other big brand Chemist's in Lordshill and Coxford, who were both appalling. It was really nice to find a place that practices excellent customer service.Yesterday I vented my frustration about the failings over the level of service you now get when you try and collect a prescription, the disorganisation and the lack of customer service. Then last night I realised that those now in control are probably trying to do there best, but are running around at a 100miles an hour, trying to get there head around stuff. The stuff that's important and the stuff that isn't. They need to know that they need to step back, and take a look. From experience of providing a service you can never please 100% of people all of the time, something I should have remembered as that's what I do in my job every day, provide a service. Unfortunately there is no improvement, raised a couple of prescriptions via my GP. 2nd one was filled before the 1st one. Talking to other patients, they have similar if not worse issues.Much improved service, especially with the text when ready notification, also it seams a lot more organized. Unfortunately I it seams I spoke to soon, text service has totally failed.Had an urgent medical requirement which required an urgent prescription. Phoned and told them the prescription was on its way, they checked there system and it was prescribed in 10 minutes.Plus from my last entry the text notification service has also improved to where it was before.What a turn around, excellent service and prescription notification has greatly improved.

After a difficult transition period excellent service has resumed. Always friendly helpful and courteous service. I would recommend this pharmacy without hesitation.

I put my percription in last Thursday. I have it delivered & I have not received it yet. I have been ringing the last couple of days. No answer. Always engaged the line. I rang my doctor's yesterday. They have had loads of complaints. My percription is with them. So why are they not delivering it to me? I can't get to the chemist. I can't get through ringing them. I've rung out of some medication. Can someone please get in touch with me please.I haven't had this trouble before??

This was the pharmacy of my childhood and still used by my elderly mother. Staff have always been lovely there, and it has always felt very personal in a threatening clinical world. However, I notice that the management has changed and I fear for the lovely old, elegant wooden cabinets that have always graced the place. If the new manager rips those out and replaces them with trendy clinical shopfitting, it will be like the ravens leaving the tower. Please preserve them - it's so refreshing to find a place with some character and warmth!
