Brilliant shop. Good old fashioned small shop.Knowledgeable staff, didn't try and push to buy the most expensive. Allowed myself and my wife to test two bikes worth £3500.They also have great after sales, servicing.

We are two recent retirees who fancied the idea of leisure cycling, but were put off by the idea of having to flog up hills.Mark and Keith provided an excellent and friendly service and were concerned that we would be happy with our choices. We knew little about electric bikes but discussed what we wanted them for before trying out the relevant alternatives from the good range of town and mountain ebikes.We have enjoyed our initial forays and look forward to increasing our fitness levels. It's just a pity that our destination points seem to be pubs!

I visited with my mum a couple of times as she was interested in buying an e-bike. I talked to Mark, his colleague and the mechanic and they were all very friendly and helpful.Mark was knowledgable about the e-bike, answering all our questions patiently and fully. In contrast to another review, I did not find his manner pushy or off putting--it was more frank and matter of fact, although I can see how this may come across as pushy to some.Mark accompanied us on our test ride down the road, lending helmets too.Would highly recommend to anyway interested in trying out the life changers that are e-bikes.

A great company. Very helpful with e-bike options and when needed, very willing, with no fuss to sort out a minor problem with my electric conversion.Thank you.

Absolutely shocking service this time around after going here many times. My son had a puncher so I took his bike to them got quoted £6 for the inner-tube and £21 for half hours work thought the labour expensive but paid it ( for a person who does this job daily we all know it won't take half hour ) . A few days later my boy wanted to go out on his bike and realised the back tyre was flat again so I got him to take it back to the shop as clearly it wasn't fixed properly only to be told it will be £12 to fix this time when I questioned why I got charged £21 for labour last time and only £12 this time ????? To be told oh today we will give you some discount ( clearly he means he must not of fixed the puncher correctly feeling guilty maybe) oh and when questioning why I was charged £21 I got told well we have to wait for the glue to set otherwise it won't fix the puncher. I think 20mins to let the glue set would of been sufficient as 10mins job actually doing it I definitely will not be recommending anyone to this shop as I feel they make up there own prices as and when they like I for sure will be going to a more professional and equal and transparent standard of business in -future

I visited the shop to ask when I could drop my bike off for repair and less than an hour later, left with a better bike than ever.Top quality, top service, Top guys. Thank you.

Needed help putting together a trike I had bought on line from somewhere else. They did a quick and wonderful job and most of all they were very friendly and helpful. Really nice couple of guys.

Have had superb service from this shop before, and they have a great range and good staff; especially Lee in the work shop and the chap with long hair and glasses in a front of shop role on a Saturday. Unfortunately, there is also a 'gatekeeper' at the front of the shop, and on the phone who is harder to penetrate and a little off putting. Shall have to try again and catch the shop when only Lee or the lovely guy with glasses and long hair are there. This shop is a real little find in Swindon, and I've recommended it to several people, and they've done work on my bike several times with servicing etc. When it comes time to replace my bike it would have definitely been 'top of my list', but unfortunately I've run into 'Mark' twice at the front of the shop and on the phone, and his manner is very off putting. He is a bit too pushy for my taste and lacks Lee and the other's guy's friendly, casual, relaxed approach so for the time being I'll have to 'give it a miss' until I can swing by one day, and hopefully find a time when he isn't there.
