Lovely staff, very helpful. Great range of floor coverings, some to take away on the day. Easy parking. They kindly donated to stage decor for a non-profit stage play, donations from which will support a homeless charity for which I thank them.

I came into the store to buy some products the other day really Impressed with the service that was given very helpful greeted really well buy Steph and Chloe was showing trainee Donna how things were done.I highly recommend taunton carpet right thank you so much ladies for the service such a happy customer right here

We started the process by visiting the Taunton store, getting some advice and looking at the options of different carpets. We then ordered on line colours to help us make our decision, we were then down to two final options.James came out to measure up and was a pleasure to deal with.We then went back into store to make our final decision on which carpet would suit our needs.Ashley was a great help in this process, we took on board the advice he gave for both the carpet and fittings. His knowledge was greatly received.Ashley made the final stage seamless and we came away from the store very happy and satisfied with the service we received. And of course the price was just right

Getting my keys to my new property next week popped in to carpet right in Taunton seen a lovely lady called Donna who talked us through our flooring needs even getting us to stand on different underlay with our flooring choice and have us an amazing quote

We had a really good experience here, James was very helpful on helping us choosing the right carpet and gave us a real great deal; Big thanks to Ashley as well, he was very patient with us on picking the mattress. Strong recommendation!!

Went in looking for a super king size bed. Ashley was very helpful with going through what I wanted and needed. Took his reccomedation on the style that was best in the long run, rather than the short.I was not pressured into a sale, everything was very relaxed.Overall very happy

Thank you carpetright Taunton. Had a number of Rugs made up from a carpet I loved. One giant oversized one. Stunning and beautiful made. Chloe kept me up to date and was really helpful and cheerful. Steph was also lovely too.. highly recommended the Taunton branch.
