UK Radiators

Quick and prompt delivery. Unfortunately my radiator arrived damaged and I had to arrange a return. Admittedly I missed the original collection slot and now the returns process has become a NIGHTMARE experience. I simply want my money to be refunded and the radiator to be collected. If the issues are the fault of the courier service I would recommend UK Radiators consider using another courier service.

Constant processing error when purchasing a product via the website. Phoned the sales line - was abruptly advised to try again and wouldn’t allow me to purchase item over the phone. Very unhelpful

I do a lot of bathroom re-fits so deal with a lot of radiators.Bought a graphite coloured towel radiator for bathroom re-fit. Good price and smooth quick delivery. The radiator was good quality, no issues fitting the tails. Wall mounting components good quality and instructions clear. Will definitely use them again for future projects so no hesitation in full recommendation.

Ordered some nickel radiator valves and pipe covers etc. Wasn't sure which to order at first so called customer services and they were extremely helpful. Goods arrived so promptly and wrapped up like they were the crown jewels, didn't like to unwrap as was so lovely presented. Really happy with everything.

I needed a tall vertical radiator and UK Radiators had a great choice in all sizes shapes, colours and heat output. (The website is easy to navigate too) The order arrived a few days later and was fitted by the plumber; he was so impressed by its quality and ease of installation he now recommends them to his customers. The price is not the cheapest but you do get what you pay for and, in this case, a 15 year guarantee from the supplier.

After a lot of research on radiators I bought one from UK radiators. I couldn't be more happy with the quality or the product and the high level of customer service. A quick delivery turnaround and a convenient delivery slot. The radiator was well packaged, but I did have one damaged cover end. This wasn't a problem as I emailed them to explain and got a quick response back to have another one sent out. Very happy.

Had to wait a while for a radiator that was out of stock but email updates about further delays were spot on despite having to wait longer than initially thought. We were then sent a damaged radiator. After a replacement turned up (very quickly) we found out we had been given the wrong measurements for pipe installation (there were none provided and customer services then gave us incorrect info). All this would lead you to think we don’t rate this company but fair play to them as they admitted fault and paid us more than the radiator cost in the first place to have our plumber rectify the pipes. Absolutely top drawer customer service. Thank you to James and the directors of U.K. Radiators. We could not be happier with the outcome.

Great service. Delivered really quickly and the radiator looks great in our living room. UK Radiators definitely had the best choice. We wanted quite an unusual size and colour combo and we found it at a really great price. We will use again for our other rooms!

I bought pipe covers and valves to make my basic radiators look another level. It's a small detail but it makes such an impact. Delivery was super quick and the customer service is impeccable. Great communication is really rare for a lot of companies these days, especially the big ones. I would much rather use this small, family run company to support local business and also for a more personal service. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Had a minor issue with a purchase that was no fault of the seller. They resolved the issue for me immediately. Great service and would not hesitate in using this company again, should the need arise. Impressive.
