Terrible place could have designed it better myself. Wind howls past sainsburys front door. Shops are all laid out wrong. Done a brilliant job on the river though.

Large secure carpark, disable parking spaces, disable, dropped curbs to pathway for assess into office blocks, disable toilets,international lifts to internal floors.On the ground floor is s secure reception with very help full staff.Very smart office complex.

Nicely laid out with grassy areas and a stream. Many useful shops and a pub, and of course the college.

It seems to be dominated by sainsburies and m and s not many shops there at all . Can't see why it's called a technology park for the life of me plus groups of feral anti adults peoples . from the college ( another name for something we used to call a secondary school) hang around i groups outside sainsburies.

Some good shops here although I find the pound shop here and everywhere doesn't stock much these days
