Centrally located and it looks to be well maintained and clean.As far as water fountains go, this is the most artistic futuristic one I have ever seen!!This is an ideal place to grab some free water in central London.Being in a park it is great for picnics, it means you don't need to lug a load of full bottles if you are planning a day's rest and relaxation as you can just top up here.
