I would rather my own child have no education then go here.a yr 7 with ASD (me) is mistreated so much. I get picked up and thrown around everywhere when I tell them I don't like physical touch. They scream at me until I scream back while I cry my eyes out about how they don't care about us. The only thing I enjoy here is the netball after-school club. If you want to send your child somewhere, send thm somewhere else. Most teacher are mean in general but if you walk past them they will stare at you for no reason and it makes me and so many other people uncomfortable. Most of the students here mis behave because school teaches them nothing about how to behave. If I could, I would leave this school forever and not come back.

This school is HORRIBLEI’m in year 7 and the teachers are biased , they only care about the money they get .Like in one of my lessons one of my friends didn’t understand the work so she put her hand up and he got a CLASSROOM TRANSFERI do not recommend this schoolIt ruined my confidence as well because they have a student leadership team (which I am on ) and the students aren’t allowed to include any of their ideas !!the only thing we have done is some Christmas jumper thing Also ,girls aren’t allowed to wear makeup and if a Year 7 wears make up it’s a big deal but if a Year 11 wears it the teachers don’t do anything about it .Aswell in the school they give 2 weeks off for Christmas but for Eid we have to tell the school that we are leaving for 3 days

I am a child in year 8 and I have already had enough of this school the teachers are awful they never help with anything the other students are nasty and teachers do nothing to help this school acts like they care but they don't do anything about bullying or anything I would not send ur child here unless u want them to have a terrible high school experience the staff only care about money this school has ruined my mental health and confidence I don't know how I will be able to mange another 4 years here I do not recommend

I am in yr 8 I have had enough my friend got bullied and it took them 1 and a half months to do something I am sick and tired of this school and I would rather leave and have no education then to stay at this school

This school has completely wrecked my daughters confidence. Staff are biased and have favourites, if it’s not your kid they get given no opportunities regardless of how bright and well behaved they are. I’ve bit my tongue and bit my tongue but when your child comes home in pieces as staff have favoured a bully over her AGAIN.They claim inclusivity but unless your kid has behaviour issues they get nothing. Bullying is rife here also both kids have been bullied and when I’ve contacted the school “nobody” saw my sons head getting smashed off the pavement by 3 boys or my daughter get grabbed and screamed at by another student. I’ve raised safeguarding issue after safeguarding issue as if nobody sees who’s actually watching your kids on site. Even spoke to deputy head who stated they were going to build additional provisions to prevent this behaviour. So far they have a temporary cabin out back and a couple more LSAs. Needless to say it didn’t do much to stop the bullying. Think they were just making promises about special provisions in place to prevent me from taking things further at the time.Staff will do anything to twist kids behaviour backwards. Your kid gets hit here and you can be sure whoever’s dealing with it will twist it back. I don’t hit my own kids so why should some kid be allowed to.Just disgusting my daughter, once ambitious now thinks she’s useless and staff keep bleating on to cover their behaviour. Honestly don’t know how they can work with kids and have zero empathy and not a caring bone in their body.

teachers think they have more power over there students then they actually do they pressure there students to do things that make them uncomfortable they dont care about your problems or how you feel there more bothered about your uniform then your education

my primary school was really bad and gave me loads of panic attacks but leeds west is a LOT better than that

Shockingly bad, staff are all on a power trip and only care about controll and cash, some good ones tho, big up lyons

to be honest, this school is good and bad,but recently lots of kids have been suffering with mental health issues due to teachers not reacting to bullies
