We had a great experience with Stabuild Ltd. Ryan came round and answered all of my questions (and there were loads of them!) in addition to doing a thorough review of the property itself. He explained all the different considerations and certainly when we get to the point where we want to move forward with the renovations I will be engaging Stabuild again without a doubt. I was impressed by the professionalism of the team, how quickly they responded and ultimately the report itself.

Ryan provided lots of information and answered all our questions in completing the full structural inspection of our home. He has excellent knowledge combined with a friendly and approachable manner. He explained everything in plain language so that it was easy for us both to understand.

We are buying a house for the first time, and we asked Stabuild to assess whether it was structurally sound given that the vendor had done some work. Walid was amazing. He was super responsive, answered A LOT of our questions, was very reassuring and offered advice on other matters too. He also suggested to do his assessment in a way that wouldn't cost us too much money considering that at the time, our decision to buy the house was constrained to what he would find. He sent over a very detailed report with no delay. We strongly recommend Stabuild.

We approached Stabuild to assist us with Structural drawings. They worked under extremely tight timescales and were very thorough in their work. They went above and beyond in their approach and highly knowledgeable in understanding the project. Would highly recommend them and will be working with them on future projects.

Stabuild and Walid were very easy to work with. This is the first time I have used a structural engineer and Stabuild made it very simple. It was quick to book a site visit with the office being very responsive and communicative, booking a slot quickly.Walid was very professional, arriving bang on time and was easy to talk to about my project while setting expectations through his professional knowledge. Walid then drew up floorplans for both existing and final outcome and provided me with a report within the week.Following this, he was very responsive with my follow up questions. The service from Stabuild was excellent throughout and was great value for money. I'll be sure to use them again for future engineering needs.

Walid and the team at Stabuild are excellent. My experience with other structural engineers had been delays and additional charges. However, Walid has diligently stuck to all deadlines he has promised, gone beyond the job identified when he has spotted additional needs and remained committed to the process until the end, even when building control has been difficult. I have used their services twice and had the same experience both times.

I was very pleased to read some of the 5 star reviews for Stabuild Limited.This prompted me to make a phone call and I was greeted by Walid, for an impromptu chat about my requirement. Walid was extremely warm, friendly and professionally experienced. I instructed Stabuild for a structural engineering report on a chimney breast removal. Stabuild were prompt, professional and the communication was excellent.
