Never on time no matter how early you book a taxi. Operators are clueless and lie about waiting time. Take forever to answer the call.

Used to go to friends for party. Had to direct. Called them to pick me up later on only to be told there are no taxis for that area and they hung up. New estate off not such a great main road. As I then had no phone battery I had to walk an hr home in the dark on my own!! Used to use these but not anymore and will be telling others I know to avoid. Poor service

Booked this company for a return trip to and from Birmingham airport and cannot fault them, excellent communication, arrived on time and very safe drivers, our new go to taxi company. Thank you to all the staff I dealt with, they were polite and informative.

Absolutely shocking just lately waiting for a taxi nearly an hour kept ringing and saying 5 mins away then told driver as picked up wrong passengers even though taxi as not been there joke

The fair was £4.00 on screen and he was asking for £4.50! And the guy was late and seemed like he couldn't drive I had to shut my eyes at one point if I could I would give 0 stars

My son is in hptal and i am sleeping but having to go home in a morning to sort other children. yellow cars am reliable quick and drivers are all friendly.

Booked a large taxi for my son and 7 friends to to to Go Ape at Cannock Chase. The driver was on time and very professional and got them there in good time. He was on time for the return trip too and I would highly recommend them. Great value too. Thank you for taking care of my son.

Tried to book a taxi yesterday from my friends and they had told me I'm band! Which i was a little confused as I have not caught a taxi in about 10 years as I drive! The woman I spoke to was so rude and hung up! I advise anybody not use this form
