Great little viewpoint at the top of corporation park. There's no longer any cannons and the view is partially obstructed by trees that have long since matured. It won't blow your socks off but still exciting for kids.

I read the history behind these and visited on the back of this, very disappointed to be honest, Blackburn Council should have had replicas of the cannons made instead of these boring walkways. By far the worst of the Panopticans.

Great vantage point overlooking Blackburn and a nice place to breathe in fresh air. I'd like to say that the views are wonderful but Blackburn isn't a Constable painting.

Great park. Nice for a leisurely bike ride. Interesting facts on the 16 plaques inset into stones. Shame about the conservatory that the council have neglected!!
