GOOD: Great e-parts service / BAD: No warranty service!GOOD: March 2021, our bearing at the blade of our BioChef mixer is worn out after 4 years. The customer service immediately helps and sends quickly the replacement part to us in Germany (at a charge). The device is running again and we are very satisfied because of that great service.BAD: September 2023, our BioChef mixer stinks badly after 7 years. The motor is advertised with a 10 year warranty. The Customer service again responds immediately but even when asked only sends standardized responses 'request is in process' and that they will get back to us 'as soon as possible' or does not answer. We are very disappointed.HOW BAD: If Vitality 4 Life LEAVES US AS CUSTOMERS ALONE WITH PROBLEMS for 3 months now we can no longer confidently recommend the devices among colleagues and acquaintances as before and also no longer buy them ourselves.QUALITY is when the customer comes back and not the product and professional help is given in case of problems.Update December 2023: An email from the Australian headquarter arrived in mid of November. They wrote that they are trying to solve our problem asap. We would get a new information about their progress in a few days. But no new message has arrived up to now ...

Exemplary customer service.

The 1 star if for their delivery. Appalling customer service. Bought a slow juicer, missing the brush and the juicer was not juicing properly. Informed them, they said it was a cheap one. Fair enough, returned the old one and demanded for a refund. That was where the trouble started. They stopped responding to my email. Thought maybe because of Covid 19 will give them the benefit of doubt. 3 weeks later nothing. So to test if they are working, bought the expensive juicer and it was delivered in 2 days time! Got in touch with them again, still no response for my refund. Luckily, I used PayPal to make payment. I only got my refund back because I used the resolution centre. Hope the new Juicer works well, if not will update this post, if it does, will include another star. In the future, I will stay away completely from them.

They refuse to refund me for a treadmill that was never received, despite having provided hours of cctv footage proving that nobody delivered it. Avoid at all costs

Appalling customer service. Do not buy from these borderline scam artists. How they're still in business is beyond me.
