Would give it zero stars if possible.Used the app to book a taxi to go to a wedding venue on the 1st July. Only to have an email to say the trip was cancelled.Called the office to ask why only to told they are too busy so they cancelled the journey..... OK, moving on.I booked with another company. Gent picked me all good.Only to then get a call from a driver from Apollo to say they were there to pick me up.Explained the situation to the very obviously annoyed driver and thought nothing more about it until I looked at my bank statement and have seen they have charged my account for the trip!!! Even though I had received a text to say that if the trip is not taken they would be no charge or money would be refunded within 3 days.Still waiting. Awful experience start to finish!!!!Thanks for the response. However the evidence" you have is in you're error.I booked the car via the app which was cancelled by you.Then calling the office was told you were " fully booked"......I am still waiting for a refund too."

Would advise taking on better drivers. One of your cars bullied their way acroos two lanes on a roundabout. No indication. If I hadn't braked I would of been hit.

A horrible woman in a pink blazer outside started being rude to me and made me cry (I’m 18 and she looked 35 minimum). She was awful and I had to go to another taxi service. Couldn’t sleep later that night as I kept crying because she called was so terrible to me. Asked her if she was in the cue and she replied with a series of disgusting responses and it was genuinely a bad experience

Absolutely awful company. Booked a cab 3days in advance as needed to be at a venue at a certain time. Even allowed for 15-30mins of being late but still ended up without a taxi at all as was repeatedly bumped. App said a driver being assigned until 15mins after pick up time. And then changed several times from assigned to unassigned to arrived. All of which rubbish. Phoned driver who had apparently ‘arrived’ who said he was nowhere near and that he’d been put on another job so not to expect him. Ended up driving to venue and getting a reliable chester taxi company (King cabs) back home. Don’t even waste your money. They pick and choose the fares they want regardless of bookings so you will likely get bumped if it’s not worth their while.

Apollo taxis has never let me down. I've never been late when specifying time and date when I've pre ordered. The staff and drivers are very polite and friendly

Such a relief the mini bus had a ramp for the wheelchair.Thank you so much...Receptionist was lovely to speak to and understood the importance of my needs....Will definitely us Apollo again

unprofessional dispatcher, from what I found out, she was the manager who wanted to charge me a taxi because I pointed out that the taxi was late, not to mention that she was a liar. When it comes to drivers, I have had positive experiences and I can't say anything bad about them.

Absolute gentleman, had nothing but interest on how our night was. Past a few bins on the road and we all thought nothing more than moving them, which gave us a feeling of helpfulness. We’d appreciate to get his name as we didn’t think to ask it, what a bloke :)
