Closed at 5:30pm on Monday 26th September despite online opening hours and hours in store window saying open.Travelled specifically to collect my TooGoodToGo bag. Complete wasted journey.

Only thing that was warm was the sausage rolls! Steak bake stone cold along with the sausage, bean and cheese melts.

Strangely, they seem to be unable to keep their hot food actually hot past around 2:00pm even though they are open until 6:00pm. Their filled baguettes generally run out by about 3:00 - 3:30 pm. The staff seem friendly and polite, but have absolutely no sense of urgency, no matter how long a queue is waiting.Their breakfast wraps used to be excellent, but they stopped selling those several months ago (that appears to be at all Greggs not only this one). This Greggs does not offer any of the wraps shown on the Greggs website as menu items.I was initially disappointed when Greggs replaced the locally run cafe that prepared fresh food, and nothing I have seen since has changed my feelings on that.

No coffee, and very little hot food available. When I asked how long until the hot options were ready, the member of staff said I don't know! Asked him to find out, said maybe 15-20 minutes...not sure.Poor customer service

Food, the usual quality. Availability absolutely awful. Twelve Fifteen on a Sunday no sausage rolls ready, no chicken bakes no yum yums, just not good enough for that time it looked like the shop was ready for closing.

Had quick bite to eat just before lunch time ,coffee was great, but the hot " pie was almost cold ! Luke warm at best

Went in for a hot sausage roll and a tea, food was room temperature.Counter staff looked never new and did not know what to do.Otherwise usual good Greg's selection and facilities
