Stephan is a Watchmaker and not just a purveyor of baubles. He will fix anything fixable and you can trust him if he says it not possible or viable to do so. Integrity is so rare these days it deserves to be acknowledged.

Don't even bother stopping here,left a watch in because the analogue stopped working on it digital reading was working fine got it back analogue was working fine but digital reading wasn't, took it back 3weeks later finally got it back still the same, 'oh but he worked on it for 2hours yesterday' 2hours after 3weeks amateurs, go somewhere else give this place a miss.P.s. got the watch fixed today in Ballymena in 10mins he fitted a new battery in the digital compartment of the watch, the mind boggles after 3weeks in Boyd's.

Absolutely brilliant. Only person in the area who wasn’t going to try and charge me a tenner just to pack my watch off to Fossil HQ. Genuine competence and excellence of service. Only cost me a fiver to fix a watch no other jeweller would even look at.

Left a piece in to get cleaned and three months later, after several calls to check if it was done, went in to find out it had not been touched. Had to take it back and go somewhere else, very disappointed.
