I had my bike serviced and a tracker fitted last week and I was very pleased with the price, the quality of the work done, and the staff were very polite and helpful. My bike was originally from their branch over in Southwick and I am so pleased to have gone with a Yamaha because it feels extremely well made and it’s a joy to ride. I will definitely be keeping Yamaha and On The Wheel at the top of my list when I come to replace the bike in a few years time :-)

Dropped my '09 Yamaha FZ6 off for it's MOT today (Along with a new rear tyre). Now, I'm not sure what wizards you have employed at your garage, but my bike felt a million times better afterwards. All I can say is that these wizards really care about bikes. When I picked the bike up, the mechanic walked me through the advisories. He did so in a manner that let me know exactly what was wrong, and without being condescending. Couldn't ask for better service.TL:DR; 10/10 - This is now my go-to garage.

Great store with great staff. I phoned ahead and spoke to Duncan who made sure the bike I wanted to buy was in stock. When I arrived, Duncan was really forthcoming and generally honest about all the bikes the store had and offered his own personal opinion on each different style. Thanks Duncan for making me the proud owner of a brand-new bike!

Although I decided in the end not to buy the very enticing Yamaha MT-07 Tracer I had viewed at OnTheWheel, I was impressed by the patient and helpful communication I had with sales executive Lenny over the next fortnight of humming and hawing. He answered my queries without any pressure and made useful suggestions – which is what you want while you’re trying to make up your mind. As a result of my visit and subsequent online exchanges I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend OnTheWheel.
