Went to Glen Tech following a FB recommendation- was very impressed with the service and price. Will certainly go back again if I need laptop or phone fixing.

Excellent customer service. Replaced a cracked screen on my phone. Had to order the part. I was kept informed during the process. When the new screen arrived it was fitted the next day in a couple of hours. Highly recommended.

Five Star services. Excellent Staff, Owner, Good range of peripherals (or ready to order if something is required) , very competitive prices for repairs (laptop, mobile etc), value of money with peace of mind with sufficient guarantee. Worth paid each penny for the best of professional services. I got my Samsung S9 battery changed and daughter's dead laptop back to life. Can't Thank enough. Found company very customer oriented too as got 10% off on next repair. For sure will recommend to friends and family.

General feedback on prices: Wanted to extract data from SSD of dead laptop. Staff friendly but quoted price of £50.Device on Amazon to do this job instead cost me £20. 5 minutes labour. With lower prices that £20 would have been yours for 5 minutes work!REPLY: Thanks for your response. I appreciate you are running a business, which is why I suggested that even £20 for 5 minutes labour might be worth your time. £20/5minutes is £240/hour.

My laptop wouldn’t start up, GlenTech took it and sorted it the same day. They kept me updated and were friendly and helpful.

I came in with a loose connection with my charging port. I was greeted by a friendly gent who resolved the issue within minutes, free of charge. Will use again for any phone issues.

My charger wasn’t slotting in to my iPhone and I thought I needed the port changing. I popped in to Glentech and was greeted by two friendly, young chaps. They had a quick look at my phone and immediately saw an obstruction which they removed in seconds. All fixed and no charge! Thank you so much. I’ll definitely be back if I have issues again in the future and will be recommending you.

I dropped my phone and the screen was done for so I took it to this local place for them to have a look. The lad at the desk was extremely helpful, he very calmly (i was a bit panicky thinking i'd maybe lost important data) assured me they could replace the screen after ordering the new part and that if I wanted them to go ahead with the work then it'd be done within a day or two.They completely sorted it when they said they would and now the phone (an old Samsung J5 if you're wondering) is back to normal and I'm genuinely really grateful to the staff at GlenTech for saving it and me. Thank you!

Came down with a PC repair, lads were very good and professional, 100% recommended.
