Needed to spend a penny but I only had 30p cash I was refused entry, I don't have a bank so I couldn't pay with card, someone kindly paid for me, when I was coming out of the loos,a woman who also only had cash was allowed to use the loo without paying. Complaint going into head office

Pay to pee in 2022? 30p isnt much but its card only and takes 20 secs to process and clogs up with people.

Making people pay 30p to use the toilet, especially when the disabled toilets are behind the barrier as well. More annoying that you are paying and toilets are half blocked off, some with no loo roll

So you have to pay for these by card, and the machine takes a couple of minutes to accept your payment and open the gate to let you through, not good if you are desperate for the loo!, also not everyone will carry a debit or credit card on them, so it's inconvenient to many. There are an array of toilets and baby feeding/changing areas, and they are clean.

Toilets are clean, and maintained.3 star for 2 reasons. Card payment for entry is awful. Especially per person.Also toilets auto flush every so often. So if someone has had a sit down on the loo, and left it smelly. You have to wait for the toilets to auto flush before you can do anything about it.
