Stubbys Chimney Sweeping

After a few months of using Stubbys i have decided to cancel. The initial clean was good but thereafter went downhill with marks and stains left behind and poor responce from the company.I texted - i've never managed to speak to anyone after i agreed to go ahead and made them aware of bird poo being left on the glass after cleaning and also water marks, i was offered a £5 discount and promised it would be dealt with next time. The next clean was no better - quite the opposite, it was worse and at £55 each time i decided to find someone else.no one responded to my text to cancel the service - i get the impression that individual clients are not that important to them.

Just had our wood burner flue swept and cleaned by Stubbys. Very impressive service. I doubt there’s a speck of dust anywhere in the sitting room. Very competent, very quick, very well equipped (with before and after photos of the flu. Not very expensive either for a super job.

They were great when they sweep my chimney at the old house, they are now fitting a new wood burning stove at our new house. Lauren was very knowledgeable and helpful whilst getting this arranged for us. Thank you x

I have used Stubby's for other work but was unaware until recently that they also provide chimney sweeping. They swept my log burning stove chimney recently - arriving on time, provided a polite and very clean service, for a reasonable price. An excellent local firm that I highly recommend.
