Waited over 2 hours for the food, and the driver tried to say he'd left it for us. The driver didn't realise anyone comes to our door, the dog goes nuts, and about 2 mins before it arrived, I'd taken her out of that door, where he'd claimed he'd left it. It wasn't the wait, as much as it was the lack of apology, and being lied to by the driver. Won't order from here again. Food was nice, third time we have ordered. When phoned up, told 90 minutes wait, which Is fine, but foodhub said 90 minutes delivered, not over 2 hours, with no apology at all.

Usually spot on but tonight was not a great experience. Pre ordered 3 hours early to get at the right time. Had to ring when it was 15 minutes late though it did arrive about 5 minutes later. Unfortunately 3 out if 4 rice dishes were missing and it took another phone call to get that about 10 minutes later. This has always been our preferred Chinese take away so hope this was a blip. An apology when the missing food arrived would have been nice as well.

ordered for 7,10 pm came a 5 20 pm sent it back ,came at 7.00pm foods ok , but very salty, it spoiled it ,but after all the hassle and spending over £23 i got about 5 prawn crackers free ffs , ,laws eater in Shepshed is cheaper,,just as nice foo, infact much better food , very disappointed

Food appalling, cold, stale, dried up, not edible. Worst Chinese I've ever had. Charged for all the order, that was confirmed by them, but wasn't all received, not that it mattered as we couldn't have eaten it anyway

Food was an 40 minutes late. To be fair, food was tasty and hot but we were all starving by the time it arrived. Receptionist was beyond rude and quite frankly I do not know how she has a job. She put the phone down on me too. Disgusting service and for that reason we will NEVER be ordering again. I think the owners need to review there front of house. Because that girl is awful.
