Management staff at our local Bluebird offices ( through phone calls, email and face to face contact) were able to put together a friendly, workable solution to homecare for a 91 year old relative.This included planning delivery with the lady and meeting her high standards.Members of the visiting care staff were respectful, efficient, effective and friendly: purposeful on their work and relationship s.They kept useful notes which were useful and shared by everyone involved.The service and manner of working was second to none.Highly recommended!

I currently work for bluebird Care Cannock and have done for a year now and I will not be going anywhere else. Standards here are high and we deliver exceptional care. Not only do we care for customers like they are family but Bluebird cares for its staff like they are family also. The level of support is outstanding from management, field supervisors, mentors and fellow carers, we are all one big team. Work life balance is so important at Bluebird everybody works their availability with a templated rota 2 weeks in advance. And with this company you actually get enough time to travel to each customer unlike most care company's who give you 5 minutes to get everywhere. Pay is great and always paid on time without fail. Bluebird Care Mid staffs provided home care over a number of years for my aunt and uncle. They did an excellent job. The office team always kept me informed of any issues and reacted quickly and effectively when any medical needs were required. The care team who visited them were excellent. Friendly, efficient, hardworking, professional and compassionate. They made sure my aunt and uncle were safe and secure at home; making meals, giving personal care, providing companionship and making sure medication needs were dealt with. Highly recommended.

I’d like to share my Moms experience of receiving care for over 20 years now.We have seen lots of changes with my mum’s disability and the company and carers always been fully supportive.Mums care package changes regularly and the carers amends to this promptly under the guidance of senior leaders.Reviews of care are followed through, timing is prompt, communication is clear.All the care team are fully supportive and nurturing to moms needs. If we have previously spoke with leaders regarding any changes we felt needed or if the team felt things needed changing in the home we have worked together to support each other to do this.At one stage moms care we were made to move to another company due to the way our funding worked but i ensured with hard to get mom back with Bluebird for better care and consideration for their customers. The team know my mom and her family and friends to ensure that her care is bespoke to her and person censored ensuring she is the focus of the care .

I had never worked in care before bluebird all the training and support u need to make u comfortable in working in the field. I’m not a field supervisor was given this opportunity just over two years ago bluebird definitely recognise all your hard work couldn’t think off a better care company to work for
