Very disappointed tonight. Been using Chang Lung weekly. Tonight we found a long black hair in our food and binned it all instantly. Phone and asked for a refund but they wanted me to pull out the food from my kitchen bin so they could come and collect it! Apparently for them to refund us they needed the food back! Disgusting!! Feel free to come and pull it out of our bin! We expected more from this take away!

We started using this restaurant after Dragon Inn stopped delivering to NN5.. all I can say is thank you Dragon Inn as this Chinese is far superior! Every meal we have had has been piping hot, great quality and really scrumptious. The delivery driver is really friendly and genuinely so.. the only pain is you need to pay cash so we have to schedule a meal and get the cash out beforehand.

Great choice of delicious foods at reasonable prices. Would be 5 * if they didn't insist on spending extra 30p to make up minimum delivery charge. Come boss sake of 30p !

This used to be our bi monthly treat however the last few times we have been we have been let down. Last night for example chicken balls were burnt and not eatable and the chips were under cooked and had to go in the bin.i hope they can get back to their best however I'm not sure I can justify spending more money for it to not taste good at all and end up on the bin.

Really lovely staff, hot and tasty food. Got a free calendar saying ‘merry Christmas’ which is a thoughtful free gift.Our latest order was 10 or so minutes later than the time they gave us, they kindly offered to give us £3 off without us even saying a thing.Really great customer service.

Good food BUT haven’t changed their online menu to reflect price increases, forgot one of our dishes on delivery and then denied it, been using these guys for years perhaps it’s time for a change!
