Honestly I have been going to this salon since it opened and I have never been happier with my skin and treatment!After years of laser hair removal vanity has helped not only my skin but my self esteem and all round confidence. The progression and care that has been put into helping a massive insecurity is honestly outstanding. I travel over an hour to have my treatment here and I wouldn’t have it any other way. The only place I will ever trust is vanity - I have also other regular treatments such as threading and waxing and the girls are great!I have also had my nose piercing done here and have never had any issues at all with it. If you’re looking for a place that does piercings without a gun then you should probably ask before you get it done. I have had multiple piercings and it’s well known you check the method before acting on it.10/10 would recommend!

My 13 year old daughter came into Vanity for waxing and to my horror they burned her chin and upper lip and the therapist had not even bothered to notify me of the mishap! I left the shop to then find out later what had happened and once I confronted them I was told it can happen and will heal in a couple of days! A couple of days!!!!! My daughter has been burnt and no one felt it was necessary to notify her parents. Totally utterly disgraceful. The owner of the shop did not call me for two days which would be the normal next steps of any person who owns a business to do whereby a mishap has happened. Worse still, finally once the owner was tracked down by my husband for a full apology and refund which the owner said she would partially do for my daughters face - because she kept stating she was a fair person, they resorted to giving me a fraction of what she promised. Fair??? Trustworthy? I would take a long hard look in the shop mirrors! Please all customers enter at your own risk as the chances are you could come away damaged physically and mentally!!!!!

I have come to this salon frequently to get my eye lashes lifted and have had to lvl treatment. This is a good treatment to have frequently as it really lifts the eye lashes. But I continue to use aloe Vera which I was recommend to use every day to help lengthen my eye lashes.

i love the owner/manager of the place! she’s so lovely, and she knows my brows the best :) 10/10 service every time. my sister is always happy with her brows too.

Brilliant service , excellent customer service, super friendly and knowledgeable. I was clearly explained about the procedure before the treatment. I was made at ease. Cannot recommend them enough.

Pedicure and full body deep tissue massage on 19th May 2022.I was feeling abit down and needed TLC.I can truly say Gul is an amazing person and runs this very professionally.Gul staff go the extra mile and the treatments I had were exceptionally high standard.The pedicure lady who I don't recall name comes from France and she was professional and I must say probably the best pedicure I have ever had.I truly recommend this treatment.The massage lady was superb and she was professional . I am very pleased and also recommend this treatment.Very good value for money.I am definitely going to return back here again soon.Many thanksDilip

This place was amazing. I was there few days ago on a Wednesday morning for full body waxing and the girl did an amazing job and made sure all the hairs are gone ... my skin is soft and I had no redness afterwards .... thank you
