This place is a disgrace. My sister complained and was thearend by staff. Pooh on bathroom floor on Saturday but staff said no cleaners till Monday. Thie list is endless. I would not let my pets live there.

Mum moved into Pendle Brook care home 4 months ago after a very difficult time health wise. She tried homecare but this didn’t work for her. It took mum awhile to settle in but now she sees Pendle Brook as home and is enjoying the company and social outings.For her family the worry and anxiety has lessoned. We really appreciate the standard of care.Let’s hope everything can get back to normal soon the COVID lockdowns have been difficult for all.
