Great little pub. Working away for the week so stayed in the Premier Inn up the road and this pub is the only one in the area that actually has Sky Sports and BT Sport.Every other pub we tried before finding this one doesn't show live sport.The food is great aswell. We all ordered pizza and chips whilst watching the football. Pizza was pretty big considering how cheap it was and the chip portions are generous.I'll definitely be coming back here when next working in the area.

Argyle on tour!! Just watched our team get stuffed 2 nil. Ah well never mind. ....had to find a pub close by to the Travelodge...and this was it! A typical local pub, there was a pub quiz in full flow and lots of people taking part. I had an Eagle IPA which was excellent and the lads had pints of coke. Very good variety of crisps and peanuts ....so we tucked in. They had a pool table and the lads had a quick game. Nice atmosphere, lots of bikes parked outside.....its difficult getting used to seeing them everywhere as the main means of transport...
