Paying £14 for a standard breakfast least expect it to be fresh. But the customer service and hospitality was 10/10. After a stressful morning roz made our minds at ease with great hospitality skills and made our we baby boy smile

Tried using the app several times to book two coffees. Sadly, the app went down several times as I watched the Starbucks queue clear three times. I thought better to come here instead of joining the lengthy Starbucks queue however hindsight is a wonderful thing. Eventually I went to the bar and spoke to the member of staff told her the issue I was having using the app. Her reply was oh that thing it’s a hot or miss with that. I duly ordered to lattes and watched the lady tentively make them after I had paid. She returned without the lattes to tell me that they were at the end of the bar. You have to laugh at these situations rather than allow frustration to takeover. Thankfully I’m sure I will recover from the lesson but needless to say the experience was less than wonderful.

Leaving Glasgow and found this resturant/eatery in the airport. You find a seat, zero queueing and sit down. Lots of space and very designed atmosphere.You order by QR code and wait. I chose the.mixican beef salad, and a coffee. Both with me within 8 minutes of waiting.The beef was a little cold for preference, but all was fresh crisp and flavourful. The salad was green and crisp not limp or slimy. Great start.Customer service was.minimal due to nature of ordering however contact was good and polite.Definitely recommended eating here before you go if you don't want a grease burger. (They have burgers)

Came in early morning around 4:30am. Great place, very spacious and lovely decor. Had some nice acoustic vocals playing too which added a nice vibe to the place.The staff were all really friendly and polite. Will chat away no problem. I was served by Natalie and Lucy who were great!Ordered a breakfast with a couple of pints and have no complaints at all. Really enjoyed the food, was cooked perfectly. Pints were good too.Will definitely be coming here next time I pass through.

Pretty decent new Wetherspoons in the airport. I was there very early in the morning so it was very quiet. Decor is fresh and high quality. Service was good. I only had a breakfast roll and a coffee, but it was pretty decent. My only complaint is that it is very expensive. Almost £13 for a breakfast roll and a coffee!

Was in this restaurant yesterday and ordered sausage and mash which I paid around 16 pound something for I think. The food came after literal seconds after I ordered it so was really fast service. When it came the food was really cold and you could tell it had been sitting out a long time (you’d almost thought someone had sent it back and they’d reused it) I asked the waiter who was a very young tall male if it was possible to warm it up and did. He was really lovely. After it returned I tried to eat it but literally couldn’t stomach it and and not a fussy eater at all. It was like actual gloop that you wouldn’t even feed a dog never mind a baby. You can see where I attempted to eat the sausage but couldn’t. I explained to a female member of staff how bad it was and that I couldn’t eat it. Both members of staff were really apologetic and nice so I can’t fault them at all. But I do feel I should’ve been offered my money back after I receiving this type of meal in a restaurant. Table was also filthy when we were seated from the customers before and our food was served down onto the dirty table and wasn’t offered to be cleaned until we had to ask after we were given our meals. And we had to lift our plates for the dirty table to be wiped. Definitely the worst food I’ve ever received in a restaurant in my whole life. But pleasant staff

Nice place to eat, but the staff are the ones who set it apart. Amazingly friendly, with a special mention to Roz. She greeted me at the door, and the whole time I was eating I watched her tirelessly and cheerfully welcome every person entering. Thank you Roz for making what was otherwise a difficult day so much the brighter.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at an exceptional restaurant, and I simply cannot say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I walked in the door, I knew I was in for a treat. The decor was stylish and modern, with comfortable seating and just the right amount of ambient lighting to set the mood.But what really made the evening so memorable was the impeccable service we received from our waitress, Roz. From the moment she greeted us with a warm smile and friendly demeanor, we felt welcome and taken care of. She was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent suggestions, taking the time to explain each dish in detail.And the food! It was truly outstanding. Each dish was prepared with care and attention to detail, and the flavors were simply exquisite. I especially enjoyed the seafood paella, which was loaded with fresh seafood and perfectly seasoned. My dining companion raved about the steak, which was cooked to perfection and served with a mouth-watering sauce.Throughout the meal, Roz was attentive without being intrusive, always making sure we had everything we needed and that our glasses were never empty. She was a true professional, and it was clear that she took great pride in her work.In short, I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. From the ambiance to the food to the service, it was an outstanding experience in every way. And if you're lucky enough to have Roz as your waitress, you're in for a real treat! Her friendly personality and exceptional service truly made our evening.

Before boarding our flight we popped in for something to eat. On our visit we were served by a warm, welcoming and friendly Roz.The food and drink was great but the service provided by Roz was outstanding. She’s definitely a character and one that made a great impact.
