I bought a Peugeot form this company and honestly speaking it was a worst decision of my life to trust them. After buying a car from them, now I am afraid to believe someone or any company to buy a car again.I should have read their review first before buying. May be they make false MOT and sell scrap cars.On the day of buying the car the total LOCK System was not Working, they took the car back and fixed it. Then after starting driving I found some electrical faults andjust After 2-3 days, I had a serious life-threatening incident at Midnight. Suddenly the car started Wobbling on Highway. One TIRE was Flattened and another one about to flat. I called emergency repair guys, and they charged me £80 to fix it and suggested me to change all the tires ASAP because all are in very poor condition and those are not safe for me. I let them know the issue but they did not take the responsibility.I hardly drove the car and just after 5-6 days of driving in total within 1 month, the car was Completely DEAD. I let them know the issue but no help from them. I don’t know how many times I have tried to contact them by text and call. 2 times they just gave me appointment that they will come to fix but never shown up. Just came once to see the car.At last after waiting long time I sent them 2 Letters by contacting citizens advisor and they just called me once after getting the 1st letter that they will come to check the car but they Never Came.Now I am thinking to send them COURT notice and want to take further step.They are not following any ethics orMoral to run a business and selling cars those are not in useable condition. I feel myself an unlucky person to buy my first car from such company.

This company UNITED CARS LIMITED are dealing death trap scrap cars, mine broke down in 24hrs of owning it (FREELANDER 2) when that was fixed (SCRAP YARD BATTERY) i took it for a long drive and knew the noise wasnt right took it to 2 mechanics both said not a wheel bearing sorry but rear diff £1000 other £850 supply and fit SHAHID MUHAMMED said everyones wrong its just a dodgy wheel bearing the UNITED CARS LIMITED owner told me dont come back here not my problem im taking SHAHID MUHAMMAD to court hes a disgrace and his wife should be ashamed of her husband selling dangerous cars to the public.

I purchased two vehicles from this dealer in one day . Unfortunately both cars started to having engine issues after only a few days of owning them. The dealer didn't communicate at first with me on the phone when I made him aware of the issues so I had to take at least one of them to a garage and fix it. The bill came up to £870 for the repair + 67 for diagnostics and the dealer only paid £215 of that so I was out of pocket for a lot of money for a car that I only owed for less that 2 weeks. The second car had an engine issue and the dealer picked up the car, fixed it and delivered it back to my home all within a week without charging me anything . Before the repair took place, I asked the dealer to return the vehicle and receive a partial refund which is the price that I bough the car minus the £200 administration fee and the deduction for the miles I drove but the dealer refused it even though it was only about 2 weeks that I owned it so I had the right as a consumer to refuse the vehicle within 30 days if it wasn't up to a satisfactory standard . So have in mind that if you buy a car from them , the return for a refund is not an option that they are willing to discuss. They are also difficult to get on the phone so I had to get the personal number of the owner which he was always fast to answer and speak to . The reasons for the low rating are:1- The fact that both cars had big engine issues in such a sort period of time and both had to be towed2- I was ignored on the phone and my emails for days and only when I showed up I was taken seriously.3- I only received a small portion of the money I paid to fix the car4- The refuse of the return for a partial refund which would have solved the problem .In order to improve I would suggest to check the vehicles with more detail before handing the keys to the new owner and pick up the phone to deal with your customer when an issue comes up.
