Been trying to phone and make an order, no answer 3 calls and cut me off after 2 minutes. After the automated chit chat at the beginning of the call says we strive to provide customers with a good service. Back to Sheffield insulation for me.

Fast and efficient service! Gave plenty of notice for delivery date and on the day gave a 2 hour window. Really enjoyed watching the buggy unload the palet! Big thanks to Abi for helping me bring in all the plasterboard. You're a Gem!

Dreadfully slow place..they seem unable to move stock from the back of the warehouse to the front..its a business not designed for people who want to make things happen..we will never use them again. Selco who have their ownv issues at least can get things out of the warehouse that does not take several hours... they are not busy so why this wait..because they don't care and it makes no difference...if they worked for a living and on price...they would not treat their customers with such contempt....dont waste your time go to a business that cares..and it's not these dreadful lazy people

The worst customer service I've seen at any yard in Bristol. Took half an hour to load a couple of bags and would not take cash. Jokers.
