The interior is too good to be true. Staff is nice and polite. They have really good sorbets. However one star missing due to the lack of alternative milk options. As I am lactose intolerant, can’t really have a hot chocolate or a coffee with my dessert

We were served by Atul who was very quick and efficient. He was very friendly with my kids and made our visit great. Definetely recommend treatz the food is great and we have been visiting since many years at the high street branch and now farnham road too

It was my son's birthday today so we came here for a special treat, and it couldn't have been any better! We had amazing customer service by Sanchi, Ali, and Wajid and we will definitely come back soon! Thank you Treatz for an amazing night!! Really recommend this place!

Been here several times and the ice cream is always really good. Served today by Atul who was very friendly and took our order quickly. Ordered a Candylicious sundae which was served promptly, enormous, and very good value for money. Enjoyed our visit, will definitely come again

Very shocking service and no hospitality. The staff don't know their menu and couldn't advise on allergies....between them they couldn't differentiate between hazelnut and almonds, so simply told us not to order. The English breakfast tea doesn't come with milk and they wanted an extra £1.50 for dash of milk. After all this I ordered a karak chai which she then said will not be served in a mug eventhough I'm eating in.... She once again ran off to the manager to see what they can do, no surprise..... why advertise ceramic wear on your menu. Plastic cups - what a wasteThe lady taking our order kept looking back at her manager Amar every time we asked for basic hospitality. Amar is letting the Asian community down and setting a bad example.
