Very helpful service, advanced warning on any issues and the handymen have managed to rectify a number of long-lasting issues. We switched from another local agency to Cavendish after an issue with a previous tenant and we have been very happy with the service provided.

We have used Cavendish on a couple of occasions and I have been so pleased with how efficient they are, and in tricky situations too. They handle difficult landlords in such a professional manner and always fight for the tenants through educating landlords.Rachel who looks after the maintenance of properties is a work horse. She's on it all the time, nothings too much trouble and I would say she's become a friend over the last 6 years. I’ve just left a flat I rented for nearly seven years through Cavendish and I simply cannot fault them for their service. Rachel has struck the perfect balance between professionalism and an open and friendly approach. She has given or organised a swift and helpful response to every query or request for repairs I have come up with over the years and enabled a seamless link with my landlord in the USA. I’ll be extremely lucky if those in charge of my new tenancy elsewhere are anywhere near as good as Cavendish, and Rachel in particular.

I have recently moved to a property let by Cavendish and I cannot fault their service at all. From the viewing, through the referencing process and to finally moving in, Cavendish have been outstanding and they truly went above and beyond for me and my family. There were some delays and various hurdles during our referencing with an external company, but the team put so much care and effort in to getting these resolved and getting us into our home. I would highly recommend Cavendish to anyone needing their services and I would be glad to deal with them in the future should I ever be looking to rent again.

I cannot fault any of the Cavendish team, from the 1st viewing, a 2year tenancy to moving on to a new property/agent.Rachel, Regina and the team were always swift with responses. If I could have stayed with Cavendish with my new home I would have.Rachel in particular was exceptional with any questions, talks with the landlord, repairs being dealt, all answered and resolved quickly and in my opinion, shes a real credit to the team.I can only hope Cavendish are the agents when I move in future, and 100% would recommend them to any prospective tenant
