Great customer service, with very friendly communication and work performed nicely and timely. Used RSR lots of times over the years on my aging Audi's. Clutch replacements , turbo replacement all fixed perfectly. No need for a dealer,100% recommend.

I’ve always had amazing service from Rich. I always have peace of mind when RSR Auto Services service my Audi A5 coupe. I have used them for the last 5 years and will continue to do so. I was recommended them by my brother-in-law who had his RS4 serviced. Their prices are so much better than that of Audi but the quality and reassurance is still there. Richard serviced my 986 yesterday and based on my experience I can highly recommend him. Thoroughly knowledgeable, explained in detail what he was doing, what was good with the car, what to keep an eye on in the future and what needed doing right now (very little and he definitely try to convince me to do anything which was great). I really appreciated the tour of the underside of the car too, I left feeling very confident that the car had been well checked over. Great waiting area and I was grateful for the coffees.
