Absolutely shocking. Ordered through Uber Eats, but after waiting over an hour and a half for my order, nothing.I phoned them for an update on my order, to be told We are just getting your order details now

TerribleOne delivery the driver said had no change but would call back with my money and did not I ordered againFood cold and took an hour to arrive, rang the owner who said ok he would send another order but it was too late and I wanted to settle for the evening:He said just call for another meal on him next time. I did and was told only one thing as he said only chips were cold. I did not stay in the phone to discuss and can co firm the whole meal was cold. I will not be ordering ftom him again and would suggest others do not if it’s a delivery. Not good customer service and do not look after their clients

Don't bother ordering from here - over an hour and the food was stone cold I realise its a bank holiday but don't open if you can't provide a service used this shop many times with differing results but never again to often it has been poor

Avoid at all costsI used to love this place, just got a parmo from here and will never return again.Overcharged me from the menu prices, nobody inside wearing masks. I saw Tony fiddling with the insides of filthy machines then make pizzas without washing hands.The food itself wasn't worth the price at all. The parmo was far too greasy, the breaded chicken was burnt, cheese was cheap tasteless rubbish and the salad soggy and not at all fresh.Only part I enjoyed was my can of cherry Coke.

Normally I wouldn’t do this but tonight I ordered the spag Bol and the lasagne. My wife had the spag Bol to which the water hadn’t been drained from the pasta and the meat was as dry as sticks. The lasagne was well presented however it tasted extremely cheap to the point it I had to throw it in the bin. The good points are chips were nice and the cans of pop were cold

Had grandkids staying over so thought have a treat spent £19 took over an hour too be delivered when we rang to see where it was were told on cooking it now so well we though give the the benifit. Food turned up cold and part the order missing. Never Again. This place was once one of the best around but now definitely one of the worst would not advise anyone to go here
