We recently engage with Freedom circle for mortgage and insurance.Not at all happy with mortgage advisor services, not very approachable , Not customer orientedNo proper follow up done for on the interests rates.Our interest rates are never followed up accordingly to the current mortgage rates.Not much information provided regarding the rates.We have got approval initial dip for good amount but haven’t received the expected amount.Our friends are in same situation like us but got better rates then usInsurance advisor ( Nitin) was excellent and very supportive, approachable with a very gud attitude , very professional person
