Bought a DS5 from themselves, was hoping to inspect the car on the Saturday on our way to Lincoln but it was not available but Andy arranged for us to see it on the return journey on Sunday. Road tested the car and was very impressed and Andy sorted the purchase and part exchange of our old vehicle. I collected it the following week. I was impress with the professional way it was all dealt with and would highly recommend them

I purchased my focus ST-3 from Parkway Motor Group.Andy and Dean are great salesmen and I base my opinion on exceptional after sale support that they provide.Their mechanic proved to be very skilled. He fixed all sort of issues that I had with this car in a timely manner.

Having purchased a Merc e class coupe back in July, (from a different company altogether) i quickly realised how uncomfortable it was to get in and out of, (30yrs in the construction industry has caught up with me) i saw an Insignia for sale at Parkway and rang about a px deal, having owned an insignia before the Merc i knew it was comfy enough for me, i spoke with Andrew and he offered me a straight swap for the Insignia, i Knew i would be taking a slight loss but i needed to get back into a comfy motor, Andrew kept me in the loop and helped with everything involved in the handover, a very refreshing change to come across a professional and honest dealer in todays market.I would definitely recommend this company and hopefully be a returning customer in the future.

*updated* Enquired on a vehicle and was told by dean that I was first in line for the vehicle also was told it hadn’t arrived to them yet so when it does I’m the first point of call, for then to be told that a deposit was taken on the vehicle. Clearly the communication is very poor within the business, also clearly couldn’t be bothered to inform me as I rang to confirm for the vehicle and to be found out a deposit was taken. Felt my custom was not taken seriously at all and feel let down. Probably wouldn’t consider purchasing a car from them for the fact I was lied to.*in response to Parkway's reply*I didn’t get offered to put a deposit down otherwise I would. Again it would of been nice to have been offered not to be told “I’m top of the list” and “when the vehicle arrives I’m the first person to call” , more annoyed that they didn’t call me back to let me know a deposit was taken

I recently purchased a Honda Civic Type R from Dean at Parkway and the process couldn't have been smoother from start to finish.Dean was super professional, completely up front and transparent and really put my mind at ease. We part exchanged our car, was given a price up front and the whole process went swimmingly.Absolutely 10 out of 10

Not a good experience at all! Bought a car from them and it all went wrong from the get go. Major issue was they sold me a car with a tapping noise coming from the engine. They claimed they didn’t notice it yet it was serviced and got MOT done on it. Surely it must have been heard by someone? But no. It wasn’t and was clearly ignored. Had the car for two months and I spent 95% of my time going from garage to garage to find out what the issue was with this tapping noise. In the end I had enough and returned the car back taking a loss in the process. I should have taken this further and got a full refund. Lesson learnt. They claimed to service it but when I got a full service done myself, turned out they had lied on that instance too. Oil filter was broken and in pieces. Was very quick on taking my money but when contacting them again and again to fix this issue, it was like finding a needle in a haystack. Was never going to happen. Poor customer service from the get go. Car wasn’t even fully checked before handing it over to the customer. But when returning the car they checked it thoroughly which was amazing. If they had done that prior to selling the car then this review wouldn’t be here. Would never recommend or buy a car from here again.

Absolutely superb dealership. Andy and his team made the buying experience really enjoyable and sorted the cars minor issues, with minimum fuss. I 100% would recommend the company to anyone and will definitely will use them again.

Friendly, welcoming, no pressure approach, and a joy to deal with.The car (BMW 435d convertible) was exactly as described, and (bar the inevitable couple of stone chips on the nose, which Andy mentioned clearly on the phone) immaculate.When you're driving 1.5 hours to view a car, this is *really* important!The car was priced competitively, with a full independent pre-delivery inspection and service, and the price included 3 months RAC Gold warranty and 12 months RAC breakdown, We upgraded to 12 months warranty which was provided at dealer cost price, and Andy covered the first 6 months.One of the best buying experiences we've ever had with a secondhand car, and we would recommend Andy and Parkway to anyone in a heartbeat.Thank you!

we bought our volkswagen arteon from parkway motor group, we have to say it was a pleasure, we agreed a price with Dean for our part ex and we was in our new car within a few days, nice friendly service and a lovely clean showroom, all cars are nice and clean, we had a test drive in the car on our own for 10 - 15 minutes with no hassle. happy to purchase my new car with these guys.
