Great store. Although I’ve shopped online with this brand, it’s the first time I’ve actually visited the store and it was great! Really helpful friendly staff and a real pleasure to shop. They aren’t the cheapest, but the clothes here are really good quality and last, so worth the money. Will definitely be back!

Great customer service. The clothes are lovely colours and materials. The staff really bother to help you and get you the best sizes / deals etc. One of the best little clothes shops in Norwich.

Shout out to Helen who was absolutely brilliant on Saturday, whilst my wife was trying to pick a dress.Also, the water dispenser is banging.

I wonder what stock would be left in sea salts warehouses if I were to snap my fingers and any Seasalt branded stuff made in China disappeared! My wife was given some woman’s fluffiest and cabin socks. manufactured in China and almost 100% Polyester ( a petroleum based product) so not good so far. Then I look at the colourful high quality 100% sustainable biodegradable cardboard box they came in( did not say where manufactured) and I wonder if they had got things mixed up. The socks should be discarded and the wonderful box kept ! To be honest when we passed these socks around they had a nice feel, and looked good! But how easily we areDecieved

I liked some of the mens garments online but have been burnt on quality so went to the store to check Seasalt quality and fit. Only I couldn't find the mens section in Norwich even after checking for another level. About to leave when a lady asked me if I was OK so I asked and was led to a 2ft rail , a pullover and a top between the changing rooms. I guess a range of 6 items for men could be better but I got the last two medium long sleeve tops and ok quality with an offer on x2 items. Otherwise sparse and pricey unless you are a Sheila. Top marks to the staff who's asked for more space for us chaps!
