Came here with a date so was hoping everything went smoothly. The Good - the food was amazing, very tasty and plenty of options on the menu. We were completely stuffed and were somewhat pleased the bill came to +£80.The Bad - the 2 for 1 cocktails might as well just be soft drinks. There's little to no alcohol in them to the point that a 15 year old can drink them easily. The Ugly - service and staff was dreadful! We went here on a Friday around 9pm.3 minutes after sitting down, somebody came to take our order. Asked them to give us a few minutes but ended up having to call them over after 15 minutes had passed.Food was just dashed onto the table when served and when paying for the bill, my date paid in cash which seemed to have made a negative impression on the waitress as she didn't come back with change. After 10 minutes elapsed, I got up to go over to the staff having a good ol' conversation behind the counter (+3) to ask where the change was.Ended up having someone else give me the change and not my date who paid.Won't be going back here any time soon!

Out of all the places in the mall this seemed the most unique! We were very glad at the end to have chosen it!The staff were so helpful with different peoples dietary needs and would point out the smallest things to make sure no one ate anything they weren't supposed to.Drinks were prompt, the food was a bit of a wait but goodness me it was worth it!Highly flavoursome! Great veggie options too! There was so much to choose from for everyone! All in all it was a great experience and will definitely be looking to come here again!Enjoy!

Came here to eat on an impulse as it was a bit different and I fancied a change. It looked busy which is always a good sign and the chap on the front desk managed to get me seated without a reservation. Waitress was friendly and quick to come and take my order. I wanted to try the Vietnamese beer they had on tap but it was out so a bit disappointing. Not a deal breaker obviously and I settled on the Bun Cha Han Oi. Decent portions and well presented, the food came out fairly swiftly. There were some prawn crackers provided for the table which was a nice touch. Overall an enjoyable meal with good service.

First time trying this restaurant out and glad we did. Went as a family at lunch time on a Saturday as soon as it opened and it filled up fast.A lot of choice for food, both veg and non veg. We decided to go for a few starters instead of any mains. Menu recommends 3-4 plates each of having starters only. Between the 4 of us, we barely manged to finish the 7 plates we ordered so I would definitely check portion sizes with the server before ordering. All of the food was delicious. We ordered hot ribs, chicken wings, summer rolls, steamed rolls, calamari, loaded chips and papaya salad. I honestly couldn't just pick one as a favourite. They have 2 for 1 cocktails. We only had 1 each, the rum runner, which was described as strong, but it really wasn't at all and was more sweet than anything. This was the only disappointment, hence 4/5 stars.Staff wear very attentive and service was excellent!

I don’t understand the bad reviews, we’d booked on a concert day and had fast efficient service with great tasting food. We did try to get our table earlier but weren’t able to which is understandable. I would say if you have an event to go to, just make sure you allow enough time! The cocktails were great and they also have a fab vegetarian selection. Will definitely visit again.

To confirm what a lot of other reviews are stating, the service here is poor. The food generally (have been here a few times) is good, and generous portions though, with the bun cha not far off what we had in Vietnam from street food vendors (once I’d gone to the bar to ask for some lime, as our server was useless and seemed to be intentionally avoiding customers). The atmosphere here isn’t great, the music is loud and a lot of the customers are therefore shouting rather than talking, which is annoying as tables are packed in closely. The waitress’ and waiters seem to want to be anywhere but there, and seem not to care about providing service at all. If you use your cutlery or napkin with a starter, don’t expect it to be replaced for your main. I had to get up from the table twice during the meal to gather items like this. Considering a service charge is added to all bills automatically this is laughable really. It’s such a shame because the food is nice. Also note on concert days you need to book ahead as they are unlikely to be accepting walk ins.

Customer service was really good. The staff were very friendly. The atmosphere was very good too. Last but not least, the food was amazing. The portions were very generous and worth the price. If anyone wants to try some Vietnamese food, great place to try.Edit : we went yesterday and the customer service was a bit bad. I think they were understaffed but we were waiting a long time to be served.

Food was reasonably priced and a food choice, including vegan / vegetarian menu.Complementary prawn crackers were provided, although were slightly stale. A decent sized chilled bottle of tap water provided when we asked for one.Didn't find the staff that attentive but when they came over were pleasant & polite.Portion sizes were good - we definitely wouldn't of been able to have a main and starter/side dishes.Overall a pleasant experience

A good restaurant to try and enjoy authentic Vietnamese or oriental cuisine.Tad pricey as its in resorts world but the ambience and the service is really good and inviting. The food and drinks are served promptly without much delayThere are good options as starters and main dishes and will satisfy everyone's choices ( curry or rice or noodles based dishes). Worth a visit.
