If I had the opportunity to put no stars I would. An absolute horrendous company to deal with. We had to use them after a breakdown through the AA. From the start to when the vehicle was collected the communication was appalling. False promises of delivery, hours and hours spent on the phone to them chasing up times of delivery, resulting in us missing some very important wedding appointments. I would rather walk than use this company again.

contacted Enterprise Stamford as I needed a car at very short notice, and was a little bit stressed about getting to the theatre in Milton Keynes. What a pleasure it was to speak to David who was absolutely superb. A very calm and pleasant young man who went over and above to ensure I was able to travel within 3 hours of first speaking. The car supplied was new, comfortable and a lovely drive. I cannot praise David highly enough, he is a credit to the company and wish more people had his “can do” attitude. 10 out of 10 for this employee and company - would highly recommend.

Omar went out of his way to source a replacement vehicle for me, whilst mine was being repaired. Although I did not book the hire directly, the communication from Omar was very good, and he couldn’t have been more helpful.
