Quick job but poor customer service, I called the mobile number provided And asked when they was open and was given a blunt rude answer well I answered the phone didn't I"! It's a mobile number and I had no idea when you maybe avaliable or what times you stopped answering your phone! I too have a business and answer my mobile as and when! Poor communication when I went into the shop too! Shame as I'm just a costumer trying to give local businesses my support! £25 for a few buttons to be sewn on isn't cheap either.. So would of been nice to have been spoken to with some respect!"

Jane the owner is great i had a little emergency needed trousers taken in and shirt for my stage outfit as i am a dj she was fantastic highly reccomend her business

I’ve used Jane’s Stitches countless times over the past year for various skirt and trouser alterations and also to replace a broken zipper on a coat. Wendy and her team are fantastic and always do a wonderful job. The whole team are super friendly and knowledgeable too!

Jane Stitches is an excellent service. She has done so many alterations for me. Her prices are very reasonable and she does a professional job in a short time. They are very friendly in there to which makes you feel comfortable when trying clothes on and being pinned.
