Initial response was very quick and had my laptop fixed with a new hard drive within one day. Service was friendly and very reasonably priced, and I was given updates and options throughout the process. No complaints :)

Adam did a really great job updating and speeding up my Dad's very slow PC. At my request he kept the layout of the desktop the same as as Dad was familiar with how to navigate his way around his computer and a new set up would've been confusing.Adam is very easy to talk to, understood what was needed, kept me informed throughout and the work was done in just a few days at a reasonable cost. Thanks Adam, Dad's really pleased with his upgraded PC.

Yesterday.Fantastic same day service. The phone was answered by a person, always a plus. I was able to drop my laptop off and pick it up later the same day ( I appreciate not all faults can be fixed as quickly). Alnwick Computer repair will be on my speed dial for next time I need help. Thank you.

Really great local service. I asked for an upgrade to my laptop hard drive and Adam advised me as to what was best for my machine's setup. I wasn't in a rush but I still had my laptop back in less than three days.
