Very happy with the fast and efficient service from Air Kraft Ltd. We had an issue with our compressor, they sent someone the same day to establish what the problem was and returned the day after with parts and completed the job with a hour or so. We had minimal interruption to our business. Great job

Deal with extreme caution.Very disappointed by the unprofessional manner of the company.We purchased a new machine off them 18 months ago with no issues. They had been informed that our company was expanding and their sales representative Dave turned up at our site to see about what compressor we would need and try to get a second sale. I informed him I did not have a fixed date for completion but he said if we put a £500 deposit down on a compressor now they'd hold the deal. The building works massively ran over the expected finish time and Dave started to pressure us to take the compressor before the site was ready or we would loose the deal. So I explained that we take our deposit back and miss out on the deal which he then said its non refundable.No contact was signed on this basis and I now will look to the small claims court to get our £500 back.Very narrow sighted and upsetting as they came to us and pressurised us to giving a deposit before we were ready.
