Been using this shop for years and last year got myself a lovely Triumph T100. Always have my bikes MOT'd her as well. Good choice of biker wear and tools/equipment and if they dont have what you want in store they can usually get things in a day or two. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Always knowledgable and professional. Open and honest with their pricing and always give you call if needs be. Bike went in for some new brake pads with the clock slow by about 20 minutes (because I couldn’t be bothered to change it) and it came out with the correct time. It’s the little things that make a difference. Top bunch of lads.

Excellent Honda franchise dealer. I have been using them for many years now and find the whole team a great bunch. People like Aaron in the worksop and Simon in sales make this place even better. Prices for maintenance can be high but these are Honda pros and charge accordingly. You get what you pay for! Great service and facility guys... keep it up!

I warn you, basic service. oil, filters, replacement of spark plugs etc. I paid £340, after 4000 miles I gave the bike to another service. and it turned out that the spark plugs were not new!!! I do not recommend and for sure I will never give my motorcycle there!!!

Went on Google today to find johns of romfords phone number and out of curiosity looked at their reviews. I was surprised to see some negative comments among them . I have been here many times and cannot say a bad word about it. Nick, Simon and Mike always friendly and helpful if I need advice, ditto the guys in the workshop. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

I've had no previous relationship of any kind with this place and it was a revelation to me. Right from my first phone call Helder of sales was positive, helpful and friendly. Previously dealers had told of global problems and not being able to obtain bikes. Helder's attitude was total can do". He instantly called up information about availability and delivery dates. (I'd still be waiting for one dealer having spent two hours with them trying to order a bike

No longer a Honda dealer, the Suzuki side of the business have relocated from the Rush Green site into the London Road site. Still the same friendly approachable staff though. There's still clothing and accessories to be found, but not on the scale of the big stores. Good luck for the future guys.
