I have been to plenty of gyms over the years but this is more than a gym! Was made to feel at ease by ryan initially and then all the team once i joined and have since recommended it to friends who have joined and are loving it too! I can see myself being here for a long time and want to say thank you to proven for adding quality to mine and my families lives! 100% recommended.

Amazing place! All the trainers are great, knowledgeable and really friendly. They all take their time to teach and review your work making little tweaks and changes to make sure you’re doing things right! I can already see a massive change in my levels after my first month
