Cara Doc came to carry out a service and a gas check on my 2005 caravan a few days ago . They arrived on time and were very informative about the problems I was having with the fridge , the gas heater the water flow and water heater . The engineer was very friendly and polite and pointed out the various issues I was having with my caravan and fixed them all . How fantastic is that ? I've been living in this caravan with my wife for almost 3 months without heating , hot water and no taps in kitchen working , also my fridge was not operating correctly . by the time the engineer left I had everything working he tested the gas system for leaks fixed the tap problem in the kitchen got my heater system working and service checked all my electrical system for safety continuity and earthing conformity . He was here for an hour , came to my location on top of a hill in a big field , sorted it all out. and left me with a fantastic safe caravan and all my issues with things not working sorted and functioning.A brilliant service , a reasonable price charged , and my caravan is all up and running , my life up in my caravan on the hill is so much better easier and I sleep well knowing it is all safe . Bargain . thank you very much for your service , I will be using them again when ever I need help with my caravan .the engineer even changed an out of date hose connection to the gas supply , that was possibly leaking . how much safer am Inow? Very much safer than I was before cara doc turned up .

Jack performed a full service of our caravan. He was professional and friendly, fixing the essential repairs we required and also making recommendations for future work that needs doing. Email communication with the team was quick, helpful and friendly. We will be using again.

We have been so impressed by the service provided by Caradoc. We weren’t due for a full service but had an issue with a blanket becoming wet in the top of the wardrobe. We asked Jack to carry out a damp check for us after we had replaced the silicone externally to make sure the floor had not suffered water ingress. He was really thorough and although that area was actually bone dry, he identified and showed us another area where water was getting into the van. It was great to be able to see the inspection being carried out, to be shown any problem areas and actually discuss in person what needed to be done before it became a structural issue. We were searching for a caravan servicing company we could trust and were so fortunate to have found Caradoc. We would highly recommend their services and will be putting our beloved caravan in their hands from now on.

Just had my yearly service on my Compass caravan. Because this was carried out on my own drive it was so convenient for me and I also had a one to one with Jack who was able to point out any potential issues which may arise. He even identified a problem from a previous repair carried out under warranty. What a very knowledgeable and friendly person he is who took the time to answer my many questions. Shannon also dealt with another paperwork query I had, again with such a friendly manner that made me feel as if I was their only customer. I wish I had gone to them before and will certainly make them my company of choice in the future. Together with their sister company, A38 Caravans, who have carried out a few minor repairs to my caravan which seemed to be in the too difficult tray" for the previous company I used

Jack was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional; removal of a LED module which he hadn’t done before was also carried out after he contacted Swift. Arranging a change in location for the service with Shannon in the office was easy, friendly and professional. Will use again next year.

First time using caravan mobile servicing. It was a pleasure to watch Jack from Cara-Doc carry out the service. He was thorough and efficient and explained each step as he went along - this was something you never get to see if you have a Dealer service, and I will definitely be using Jack and Cara-Doc services in the future. A five star service.

Jack serviced our buccaneer caravan this weekend for the second time, on site and providing excellent value for money. Both Jack and Shannon are professional, exceptionally organised and give a seamless experience from start to finish making life very easy for the customer. Great service, Jack came out to meet us when we were in need to fix our truma combi boiler. Very fast and reliable, and really did care to get the job done and done right!Definitely would recommend!!!Sarah and Ash
