My husband and I completed our Route 66 adventure in September 2023. This was a special time for us with memories made to last a lifetime. It felt only right to create a special piece of jewellery to symbolise this journey to cherish forever.After talking with multiple jewellers across the UK, Steven Stone filled me with most confidence and we’re very patient with me. I knew exactly what I wanted and they made it happen!My pendent arrived today and it’s even more precious and perfect than I could imagine.The designers were able to incorporate the gold, enamel and black lettering into a perfect pendent with the addition of some very special engraving at the rear.David an the team at Steven Stone deserve credit for their work and craftsmanship.Thank you for making my dream piece a reality!

First class service from start to finish! I visited The Hale store to choose a special ring in memory of my late parents. Even as I made the appointment online, I was contacted personally by Hannah to confirm everything and to discuss my expectations. Truly professional and a wonderful, personal touch.I was welcomed so warmly by everyone at the store. Hannah and Max, the owner were incredible, ensuring they supported and guided me with my choice. I literally fell in love with one ring, (that I knew my late Mother would certainly love too). The price was also so acceptable that I chose to have an additional wedding / eternity band made to complete the set. We discussed my wishes and price range and my bespoke, second ring was designed and the diamonds were sourced. The frequent communication informed me of all progress being made. The whole team was involved and nothing was too much trouble. Just before my rings were delivered, I received a phone call and a video clip to ensure I was happy with everything. I received my rings this morning and to say I’m ecstatic would be an understatement. I will be eternally grateful that I chose Steven Stone to create my keepsake rings that will forever be in memory of my precious parents. Thank you SO much. I would never hesitate to recommend this outstanding, family run jewellers.

Well what can I say. Amazing service from everyone at the Steven Stone store in Hale, but especially Hannah Bingham the sales professional and jewellery expert. She knew exactly what I was after and made everything so easy and seamless. I had a very tight time frame as I wanted to propose abroad and she delivered everything I asked for, on time and to the exceptional level that I expected and more. From service, to price, to being made special and it’s everything you want from this once in a lifetime occasion. The updates were bang on as well and she always got back to me promptly when I had a question. Hannah, you’ll go far so keep doing what you’re doing! I received amazing services from Steven stone, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. As i dont know much about engagement rings or wedding bands. They walked me through it all, step by step of building my engagement ring as well as the wedding bands. I would like to thank Sophia and Jason on all their help.Highly recommended.

We had a great experience at Steven Stone. Sarah helped me re-size my engagement ring and it came back very quickly following my appointment. Sarah also helped us choose our wedding rings, she made the whole experience great and was very knowledgeable about the different types of rings on offer. We highly recommend going here!

David was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, polite & helpful. I designed our engagement ring, for my partner; with the help of David. He taught me the value of the 4cs as well as width, fluorescence, symmetry and many others.If you want to find an engagement ring for your partner & you have no idea what you are doing, hit up David. Their customer service is second to none; David helped me build the perfect engagement ring, and Hannah helped us with our wedding rings. They even treated us to a complimentary engagement ring polish and clean before our wedding day, to make sure everything sparkled perfectly! Every time we go into the store it feels like a special occasion and the staff are incredibly friendly.There's no comparison to the 'high street' jewellers. The customer service, the quality of jewellery, the 'shopping experience', as well as the prices, are immeasurably better than you'll get at any high street jeweller.Thanks for everything!

We met Sarah in the Hale store to look for our wedding rings and wanted something to match the engagement ring we got previously from the Steven Stone store in London. From start to finish the experience has been great. Sarah kindly gave the engagement ring a clean before we started and made it look like new! She was very helpful and took time to go through all the types of rings for both of us. We ended up purchasing both wedding rings from Sarah. Can’t fault the service from Steven Stone and their employees, very knowledgeable and accommodating to any special requests which made it very easy and enjoyable! Could not have asked for a better experience choosing our engagement ring, the service these guys offered is fantastic, from helping me choose the perfect ring to getting the ring to my doorstep a few days before we were meant to travel to Ireland. Not not to forget the progress pictures they sent me to show how the ring was crafted which was a nice touch as didn’t get to get to shop to view in person. And my now fiancée (she said yes) is over the moon with her engagement ring which is the most elegant and beautiful ring.Will definitely be recommending Steven Stone to friends and family. You guys deserve more than 5 stars!!

I would definitely recommend Steven Stone in Hale. An initial consultation with David by my fiancée and myself for an engagement ring was extremely helpful, and comfortable that we were in the right place. Importantly, we felt no obligation to buy and left after that first consultation not having done so. We called back a few days later with that decision. Hannah took us through that process (since only now could we select the specific diamond for the ring).Having been very happy with the engagement ring, yesterday we went back to purchase wedding rings. As with our previous visits the whole experience was very good. Again we were taken through our options, this time by Sarah, who was bothprofessional and friendly, we were at ease to make our choices.I would definitely recommend Steven Stone. For us it was very helpful, we were left with a better understanding of what our options were, with the information we needed, and importantly not put under any pressure or obligation whatsoever.
