I dropped a Yodel / Collect Plus parcel off here last October 28, after the parcel was delivered on November 2 I have come to find the item originally in the parcel has been switched out for a pair of trousers.Fraudulent situation, avoid this store

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE AS A YODEL PARCEL DROP OFF POINT!!!!!I dropped a parcel off to be shipped here by yodel through vinted and the parcel was ‘lost’. It never left the premises of the store and I also noticed that there were hundreds of parcels piled up in the back. If you want your parcel to arrive do not use this store. Luckily got my money back through vinted.

Absolute joke. Been trying to collect my parcel for 4 days but this shop is constantly closed. Incorrect opening times are on collect+ and Google. On the door it says open from 7.30 due to short staff, currently 8:05 been waiting since 7:30 and shop still not open. I can’t collect my parcel because of this

Meant to accept Yodel parcels. Refused mine as it was “too big” despite being within the parcel guidelines. No logical reason as to why.
